3. User Responsibilities

You confirm that all information, credentials, and documents you submit are genuine, current, and accurate

You agree to notify Priority Healthcare Staffing Solutions immediately if any of your credentials, licenses, or certifications expire, are suspended, or are revoked

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and in compliance with all applicable clinical standards and facility policies during any placement

You understand that submitting false or misleading credential information is grounds for immediate removal from our network and may result in legal action
4. Employer Portal Terms
Access to the Priority Healthcare Staffing Solutions Employer Portal is provided exclusively to verified healthcare facility representatives who have been approved by our team.
By using the Employer Portal, you agree to the following:

Authorized Use Only Your portal login credentials are for your exclusive use. You must not share your login details with any unauthorized individual. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Accuracy of Requests All staffing requests submitted through the portal must accurately reflect your facility's genuine staffing needs. Submitting false or misleading requests is a violation of these Terms
